* Full Service Meeting & Event Planning

The MSR strategic meeting management team will serve as an extension of your department. This starts with a detailed meeting & event review and needs assessment process, so we understand overall goals & objectives, attendee demographics / expected learner outcomes, budgets, event history and key components that will assure success. 

Customer event proposals are custom designed and fee based. A Meeting Manager will be assigned to work with you every step of the way, with on-going reports and project updates and scheduled meetings / conference calls to review project status and timelines. Additional experienced planners will be assigned, based on the size and complexity of the event. MSR has a 10 minimum for meeting management services. 

* Online Registration / Housing / Attendee Communications

The attendee experience is essential to assure overall meeting success and ROI. An event specific website will be created and attendees, speaker's, exhibitors and guests can view and access all website content, including event registration, sponsored activities hotel reservations, sign up for event meetings, activities online payments, make air reservations and much more. Attendee e-vites and promotional marketing to multiple databases are also available. 

A multitude of standard and custom reports can be accessed 24/7 and there is the ability to incorporate mobile apps and social media to enhance the attendee experience and drive cross promotional opportunities. Based on customer overall needs, site content, capabilities and support, there will be a per person online registration fee and a one time website set up charge (website branded as your organization / logo). 

* Staff On-Site (SOS)

MSR has an highly experienced team of professional Meeting Managers, who can assist with on-site logistics and meeting management. Once we understand your specific needs and on-site responsibilities, we can assign one person, or an entire team, who can assume your company identity. SOS staff can assist and support your team, work and coordinate with all hotel department, advance meeting rooms, assist speakers and VIP's, manage food & beverage events, coordinate with outside vendors, reconcile master accounts, by department, manage transportation services and more. Professional on-site staff are charged on a day rate basis, with approved per diem expenses. 

* Strategic Meeting Management (SMM) Consulting

SMM is not just a knee jerk reaction to the recession, but a "value & accountability" business model that is here to stay. Corporations and associations are going through significant change, including increased expectations from senior management. Demonstrating (and reporting) real meeting value and ROI is critical to short and long term success. 

MSR can consult and assist with the SMM evaluation process and help create an Action Plan that addresses the meeting approval process, master meeting & event calendar, global sourcing, custom hotel contract, preferred supplier program, meeting support services and metrics to define, measure and report success. This includes advanced technology recommendations that allow 24/7 access to management & financial reports. SMM consulting services are fee based with a 10 hour minimum. 

Meetings are big investments and we collaborate with our customers on a high level to maximize meeting quality, cost savings, added meeting value, risk reduction, enhanced attendee experience and ROI.
