Jennifer W. Brown, CMP, CMM, SMMC, LSSMP is President of Meeting Sites Resource, a global strategic meeting management solutions organization. On April 1, 2018, MSR celebrated 25 Years of Meeting Excellence. Services include global hotel sourcing and custom contracting, professional on-site meeting support services, and Strategic Meetings Management (SMM) consulting.

Jennifer was formerly Director of Meeting Services at Price Waterhouse, LLP for 15 years and was responsible for more than 150 conferences, trainings, and management meetings annually.

Jennifer has been a member of MPI since 1983, has served on the MPI Foundation Board of Trustees, a Past President of the Southern California MPI Chapter as well as other MPI involvement. She was on the Continuing Education Faculty at NYU's Professional Meeting Management Curriculum and presents workshops on meeting planning topics at industry events.  

She earned her CMP in 1992, her SMMC in 2011, and her CMM in 2014. She has won such awards as MPI’s Planner of the Year and was a recognition recipient of Meeting Professionals International’s Global Paragon Award, MPI’s highest recognition for meeting excellence.
Jennifer completed the Lean Six Sigma for Meeting Professionals (LSSMP) course and has earned her LSSMP Green Belt.

She is a graduate of Woodbury University with a BS degree in Business Administration.
